1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "User"), and ph267.cam ("ph267", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the ph267.cam website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform") as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

You agree that by accessing the Platform, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and you must discontinue use immediately.

Creation of multiple accounts by a single User is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts, forfeiture of bonuses, cancellation of bets, and confiscation of any winnings. ph267 employs advanced detection systems to identify multiple accounts, including but not limited to matching personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, and device fingerprints.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering your ph267 account. The name on your account must match the name on your government-issued identification and payment methods. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. 4. Deposits and Payments

6.3 Bonus Forfeiture

ph267 reserves the right to cancel, forfeit, or confiscate any bonus, including associated winnings, if bonus terms are violated, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements. Once forfeited, bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Users must play fairly and honestly. The following activities constitute unfair play and are strictly prohibited: use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets; collusion with other players; exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities; and any form of cheating or fraud. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will ph267, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

ph267's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ph267 in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one thousand Philippine Peso (PHP 1,000), whichever is greater.

12. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform or our services, you should first contact our customer support team through the available channels. We will endeavor to resolve all disputes amicably and promptly. If we cannot resolve your dispute through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our management team.

13. Account Closure and Termination

13.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your ph267 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance, subject to applicable withdrawal terms. After closure, your account cannot be reopened, and you must create a new account if you wish to use ph267 services again in the future.

13.2 ph267-Initiated Termination

ph267 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Reasons for account termination may include but are not limited to: violation of Terms and Conditions; providing false information; bonus abuse; collusion or cheating; money laundering or fraud; creating multiple accounts; chargebacks or payment disputes; abusive behavior toward staff; and any activity we determine harmful to ph267 or other Users.

13.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination for cause, all bonuses and winnings derived from improper activity will be forfeited. Your remaining genuine balance (deposits not involved in improper activity) may be returned at ph267's discretion. You will remain liable for all obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in courts located in the Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

15. Amendments to Terms

If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
